That should not be an unrealistic expectation on a date that they are expected to be in service for. But I am expecting that if there is no icy roads or snow, other bad weather, or any hazardous conditions for FedEx Ground drivers between here and the package hub it’s out for delivery from that my package will arrive. I’m not expecting FedEx to endanger their drivers. I feel like maybe they need to replace the regional operations manager based off their inability to implement the most simple of solutions to situations where there isn’t a problem but FedEx is making one of out of literally nothing. If it’s in an area with reported ice on the roads then don’t go there and don’t deliver it. It’d be simple, if it’s in Seattle take it out of the truck and deliver it. There was zero weather danger involved for FedEx just delivering from Auburn to the Seattle a few short miles away with the same no risk road conditions to addresses on their routes. So please keep that fact in mind when replying. So there's a lot of conflicting internal FedEx information right now regarding FedEx Ground and I'm wondering who I report this to so that it can be resolved?Įxtra Details: at the time my package was out for delivery and it was warm and raining in Seattle with no icy or snowy roads between here and the facility in Auburn it was leaving from. Then I check the official FedEx website that says Ground shipments are not delivered on December 25th. So then I call customer support and the agent tells me the tracking says it will arrive tomorrow. They said the delay was due to weather but I watched USPS, FedEx Express, Amazon, and UPS deliver to my apartment building over the course of around eight hours of me sitting in my car waiting for the FedEx Ground truck to arrive in the time frame estimate provided (I have to sign for the package). Then I provided the photo of the tracking section of the official FedEx app saying it will arrive on that date. I reported this to the business the uses FedEx Ground to ship my order along with photos from the FedEx website that shows FedEx does not do FedEx Ground delivery on December 25th.
